Classes
Good training starts with a love of the art and the desire to share. Melody Scruggs is very passionate about the art of clowning and all that is entails. She feels that Clowning is an attitude of joy and love that must be shared to be fully realized. She has always loved art and though she has never thought of herself as an amazing artist she feels that art is something that anyone can learn. She has taught intense group face painting classes for adults as well as more entertaining kids’ camp style classes. She developed a clown training course for the Pines of Carolina Girl Scouts that she taught at NC State University. She has also taught at Fuquay-Varina’s Community Center Summer Program for 6 years for 3 different age groups tailoring each class. She also created a Clown Camp for Chick-Fil- A in Goldsboro and Golden East Shopping Mall in Rocky Mount. She can teach clowning, magic, balloon twisting or face painting for any age.

Opportunities
If you would consider yourself a cheerful and dependable person and you have a desire to join our crew, whether you are an experienced face painter, balloonist, magician, character or just want to be an inflatable attendant please email/call the office during business hours to arrange an interview. Experience is not necessary but a plus. We do have a training class, personal training time and on the gig training with another crew member. You must be willing to do a background check and drug test. We’d love to meet you!
